EXPLORING ACRYLIC PAINTING Mark James MA (RCA) is our guest tutor and he has already established
himself with Art in the Village ®TM as a generous, supportive and intuitive tutor, who brings out the best in his students.
Mark's next workshop is on Sunday July 10th and 17th a 2 session workshop

About Mark's Workshops:
In Mark's informative and highly creative Online Zoom workshops,students will be offered insights
into a diverse range of Artists whom Mark himself has met and worked alongside (while
filming his Arts documentaries ). Mark will help you to gain an understanding of these famous
Artists' creative processes and to consider what meaning may be hidden in their work.
You will also be supported by Mark to create a  canvas 9which will be started in the class and be
completed in your own time) to present to the class each week for invaluable feedback from Mark
and the rest of the group. You will gain useful tips on painting, ways in which
to get beyond Artists' block, explore a variety of painting Tools & techniques as well as produce
 brand new paintings!

FAQ'S
HOW DO I USE ZOOM?
Cleo the owner and founder of Art in the Village ®TM will guide you through
the use of Zoom a few days before the workshop if you need help.
DO I NEED TO BUY MATERIALS?
Yes, you will need art materials and Mark will let you know which ones via
an email at least a week before the course starts.
ARE THERE ANY COURSE SUMMARIES INCASE I FORGET A
TECHNIQUE OR INFORMATION?
Yes! All summaries are uploaded to the membership area of Wordpress
CAN MY CHILD JOIN?
The age minimum for our students is 17 years plus.
DO YOU RECORD THE SESSIONS?
If a student has paid for the  workshop sessions and has had to miss
any we do record the sessions. But we always ask permission
from other students first.
DO YOU HAVE CONCESSIONS?
We do have a scheme that if you introduce another attendee and they sign
up for the course then we offer a £25 discount to you as Introducer.
